Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items where the hygiene liner or seal has been removed (this applies to certain intimate apparel styles worn directly against the skin; you may try items on over your own undergarments to check fit, as you would in a fitting room, without removing the hygiene liner)
How to Return
Contact us at support@curvypower.co with your order number and reason for return
We'll provide return instructions and a return address
Ship the item back to us using the address we provide
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at support@curvypower.co. Subject to availability, we'll arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
